Shipping / Policies
We ship dormant (bare root) plants from December through the end of February. The plants are shipped USPS Priority mail. They will need to be planted as soon as you receive them! If this is done, your plants will still be dormant, and will be unharmed. If they are NOT planted as soon as you receive them, you run a risk of damaging or killing the plants. Planting instructions are sent with each order.
We ship potted plants from March through the end of May. The plants are shipped USPS Priority mail. They are in a 4" peat pots that can be burried in your soil to alieviate some of the transplanting stress. Please note that these plants can take a frost but should be delivered when your temperatures are warming. Planting instructions are sent with each order.
We charge a flat rate of $9.99 for shipping and handling per order, no matter how many items are ordered. Please specify an approximate ship date on the order form. We only ship plants out on Mondays & Tuesdays. Your approximate ship date that you give us on your order form will ship out on the nearest Monday or Tuesday. This is to make sure that the Goji plants do not sit in the post office over the weekend. Priority mail typically takes 2 to 3 days, however the U.S. Agriculture Department reserves the right to slow and/or hold shipments for inspection purposes. So we cannot guarantee an exact arrival date.
Sorry we cannot ship live plants into Wyoming at this time.
Goji Plant Guarantee
We guarantee that the Goji plant you order is alive, and will break winter dormancy and sprout leaves. We do NOT guarantee that the Goji plant will continue to grow in your specific area. Because Goji plants are new here in the United States, there is absolutely no data on where they will and will not grow. All of our information comes from our experience growing the Goji here in the Rocky Mountains of Utah for the past 6 years and from customer feed back. The Goji grows very well here and our growing information is passed on to you. Our Goji Plants will be guarateed to grow through the end of May.
